The term "Royal Monarch Fintech Private Limited" (also referred to as "Royal Monarch"/"Ojus One"/"us"/"we") refers to the owner and operator of the Ojus One mutual fund distribution platform and the website www.ojusone.com. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website and platform.

You understand and accept that Royal Monarch, under its brand Ojus One, maintains the website www.ojusone.com and related digital properties (collectively referred to as the "site" or "website") to provide visitors with information about Ojus One, its mutual fund distribution services and related financial planning tools, and to enable visitors and registered users to avail these services.

By using or accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time and made available on the website. Continued use of the site after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All information, content, materials, and products on the website—including text, graphics, design, photos, videos, logos, and trademarks—are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in favour of Royal Monarch and/or its licensors.

You also agree that you will not use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of the site.

Software, Hardware, and Access Rights

The software and hardware underlying the site, as well as other internet-related software required for accessing the website, are the legal property of Royal Monarch, its technology partners, or respective vendors. Royal Monarch is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party websites, platforms, or services linked from the site, including those of asset management companies (AMCs), registrars and transfer agents (RTAs), payment gateways, or other financial service providers. Access to hyperlinks to other internet sites is at your own risk, and the content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these sites are not verified, monitored, or endorsed by Royal Monarch or Ojus One in any way.

Royal Monarch makes no warranties, and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, with respect to any information, services, or products that are available or advertised or sold through these third-party websites.

User Account, Access, and Security

To access Ojus One platform services, including your investment account, you may be required to register and provide details such as mobile number, email address, password, PAN, date of birth, address, bank details, nominee details, and other KYC information as may be mandated by SEBI, AMFI, KRA, or other regulators.

You consent to Royal Monarch/Ojus One accessing, verifying, and using your KYC documents and data (including identity and address proofs, signatures, and related information) and sharing updated KYC information with KYC Registration Agencies and relevant intermediaries, strictly for regulatory and service purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you agree to promptly update any changes on the platform; providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account and/or restricted access to services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to keep your username, password, PIN, OTPs, and any other authentication information secure, to log out at the end of each session, and to promptly notify Royal Monarch of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Royal Monarch shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, and you may be held liable for losses incurred by Royal Monarch, Ojus One, or other users due to authorised or unauthorised use of your account resulting from your actions or omissions.

Platform Services and Refunds (Mutual Funds)

Ojus One is an online platform that facilitates transactions in mutual fund schemes offered by various asset management companies, subject to applicable regulations. You understand that mutual fund transactions on the Ojus One platform will be completed only after successful transfer of funds from your registered bank account to the relevant asset management company or its authorised intermediary, and in accordance with applicable cut-off times and processing norms.

Once a valid purchase, redemption, switch, or SIP instruction has been successfully placed and accepted, it may not be cancelled by you, except as permitted by the relevant fund house or regulations.

In case of successful debit of money from your bank account but failure or rejection of the mutual fund transaction by the AMC/RTA, you agree and acknowledge that any refund will be processed by the relevant fund house or intermediary and credited back to the source account within the timelines specified by them, typically within a few working days in normal circumstances.

Where your account is debited but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary or not applied to units as expected, reversals and corrections will be carried out as per the processes and timelines of the banking and payment systems involved, and Royal Monarch will coordinate on a best-effort basis but shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party systems.

No Investment Advice & Risk Acknowledgement

Services provided through Ojus One are primarily execution-based services, and unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted under applicable regulations, they should not be construed as investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any mutual fund units.

You acknowledge that mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, including possible loss of principal, and that past performance is not indicative of future results; you are advised to read all scheme-related documents carefully and, where necessary, consult your own financial or tax adviser before making any investment decisions.

Force Majeure

Royal Monarch and Ojus One shall not be liable if any transaction does not fructify, may not be completed, or if any failure occurs in performing any of their obligations under these terms or in relation to any services/facilities, if such performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a Force Majeure event.

A "Force Majeure Event" includes, but is not limited to, events beyond the reasonable control of Royal Monarch, such as unavailability or breakdown of communication systems, breaches or viruses affecting processes or payment or delivery mechanisms, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action, riots, war, acts of government, computer hacking or unauthorised access to computer data and storage devices, system crashes, power shutdowns, or faults or failures in telecommunication or other infrastructure.

Changes to Terms

Royal Monarch has the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of these terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Any such changes will be communicated to you by posting the updated terms on the website and/or by other reasonable modes of communication, and, where required by law or policy, with prior notice.

By continuing to use Ojus One's services after any changes are made, you shall be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Royal Monarch Fintech Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Ojus One website and platform.

Relationship with Other Terms

These terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, any specific terms and conditions that may apply to particular services, facilities, campaigns, or products offered through Ojus One, as well as any terms you may have accepted with AMCs, RTAs, banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and any product-specific or service-specific terms, the latter shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency for that product or service.
